The app displays a 6 digit code. Read it out to the engineer you are speaking to. Without that code, nobody can connect to your machine.
Your engineer can see your screen and work through the issue with you. You watch everything happen, and you can close the app to end the session instantly.
Remote access should never feel like handing over the keys. Zopi Remote is built so the session only exists while you want it to.
A fresh 6 digit code is generated every time you open the app. It works for that session only, so an old code can never be reused to reconnect later.
Close the app and the session is over immediately. Nothing keeps running in the background, and there is no permanent service left behind on your PC.
You see your own screen throughout, so you can watch every action your engineer takes. There is no silent or unattended access.
Sessions are routed through Zopi infrastructure rather than a third party remote access provider, and the connection is encrypted end to end.
Our relay simply passes the live session between the two ends. Your screen is never recorded or saved anywhere on our servers.
