If Zopi set up your WiFi, you have a separate guest network. Guests should always use that one.
- The guest network keeps visitors away from your computers, printers, files and card machines.
- The staff network is for your own devices only. Please don’t give its password to visitors or customers.
Need the guest password, or want it changed?
Raise a request and we’ll send it, or change it. Changing it every so often is a good idea, especially if it’s on display for customers.
Card machines
Card machines have their own network, separate from guests, to keep payments safe. If one stops connecting, restart it first, then let us know.
