Managed IT support, cloud phones, Microsoft 365 and networks for businesses across Brent, from Wembley Park and Park Royal to Alperton, Willesden, Harlesden, Kensal Rise and Kilburn.
Brent mixes working industry, big events and busy high streets. The Brent side of Park Royal and the canal-side estates at Alperton are packed with food producers, printers, wholesalers, garages and distribution units. Wembley Park now has offices, hotels, shops and venues serving event-day crowds, while Ealing Road in Wembley, Kilburn High Road, Harlesden and Willesden Green have grocers, restaurants, jewellers, travel agents and family-run businesses of every kind. Kensal Rise and Queen’s Park add cafés, studios and independent shops.
Food and trade businesses often run long hours across more than one unit, so we design networks and WiFi that cover the whole floor, link CCTV into the same system and keep card machines on their own safe network. Restaurants and shops get phones that ring the right people and support when the till or the PC stops. Behind it all sits one support agreement for your computers, Microsoft 365, phones and backups, with remote help for most problems and an engineer on site when it needs one.
Our office is in the City of London. When something needs a person there, we can be on site within 4 business hours on the Remote + On-Site plan, and everything else is sorted remotely straight away.
Networks and WiFi across production floors and stores, CCTV on the same system, and phones that follow staff around.
WiFi and networks built for busy days, separate guest and staff networks, and screens fed from one source.
A phone number that rings the right people, card machines on their own network, and someone to call when the computer lets you down.
Postcodes HA0, HA9, NW10, and nearby.
Somewhere else nearby? We almost certainly cover you too: book a call and ask.
