Managed IT support, Microsoft 365, cloud phones and WiFi for Harrow’s family firms, practices and shops, from Harrow town centre and Wealdstone to Pinner, Stanmore, Rayners Lane and Hatch End.
Harrow is a borough of small and family-run businesses. The town centre around Station Road and St Ann’s Road has shops, banks, offices and plenty of accountants, solicitors and property firms above the shopfronts. Wealdstone has workshops and light industry alongside its high street, while Pinner, Stanmore, Kenton and Rayners Lane each have their own parades of pharmacies, dental and medical practices, opticians, restaurants and grocers. Many businesses here are run by a few people who need their computers and phones to just work.
That’s where we fit. You get one supplier and one number to call for IT, Microsoft 365 and phones, with a named engineer who gets to know your business. We keep machines patched and backed up, sort most problems remotely, and come on site to set up a new practice, run cabling or fix something that needs a visit. Moving to a cloud phone system means you keep your numbers and can answer calls from home too.
Our office is in the City of London. When something needs a person there, we can be on site within 4 business hours on the Remote + On-Site plan, and everything else is sorted remotely straight away.
Secure, backed-up computers, WiFi through the building, and phone menus and queues that put callers through to the right person.
Microsoft 365 with proper security, email moved across without losing anything, and hosted desktops for staff at home.
A business number on your mobile, safe card-machine WiFi, and a helpdesk you can ring when the computer won’t start.
Postcodes HA1, HA2, HA3, and nearby.
Somewhere else nearby? We almost certainly cover you too: book a call and ask.
