Your hosted desktop is a Windows desktop on Zopi’s servers. You connect to it from your own computer.
From Windows
- Open Remote Desktop Connection (type it into the Start menu), or the Windows App.
- Enter the address we gave you, then Connect.
- Sign in with the username and password we set up for you.
From a Mac, iPad or Android tablet
Install Windows App from your app store, add a PC with the address we gave you, then connect and sign in.
Good to know
- Save the connection so it’s one click next time.
- Sign out when you finish for the day (Start → your name → Sign out), rather than just closing the window, so your programs close properly.
- Several wrong passwords in a row can block your connection for a while, as part of Zopi Guard’s protection. If you’re blocked, let us know.
