If Zopi hosts your website, you can look after it in the client portal, under Websites. Press Manage on your site.
Files
On the Files tab you can Upload files, make a New folder, rename or delete files, and click a file’s name to download it. Tick Unpack .zip files to upload a whole folder as a zip.
Backups
We back your site up daily. On the Backups tab, press Back up now before a big change, and Download any backup to keep a copy. The last 5 are kept.
Need to go back to an earlier version? Ask us: we restore it for you.
Not responding?
On the Overview tab, press Restart website. It’s back in a minute or so.
The Visits tab shows the last 100 visits to your site. Making changes needs Manage websites access; View websites lets you look.
