- Go to the client portal sign-in page.
- Choose Forgotten your password? and enter your email address.
- We email you a link to choose a new one. Check your junk folder if it doesn’t arrive in a few minutes.
Your Microsoft 365 (email) password
Raise a request from another device, or call us on 0204 502 1288. We’ll check it’s really you and get you back in.
Good to know
- We will never ask for your password, by phone or email.
- Use a different password for work than for anything else, and let the second check (your sign-in codes) do its job.
