A lost or stolen laptop or phone

Straight away

1. Call us on 0204 502 1288. We can block sign-ins to your work account and, for devices we manage, lock or wipe it.
2. Change your work password from another device, or we’ll do it with you on the phone.
3. A mobile: call your mobile provider to block the SIM, so nobody can use your number.
4. If it was stolen: report it to the police and keep the reference number.
5. A laptop with Zopi Phone: in the client portal, go to My account, find Zopi Phone on your computers and press Sign out next to it.
