Most break-ins start with a password used on more than one site. When one site is hacked, criminals try that password everywhere else.
The rules worth keeping
- Use a different password for every account, especially your work email.
- Make them long: three random words together is easy to remember and hard to guess.
- Keep the second sign-in check (your sign-in codes) switched on wherever itβs offered.
- Never share a password by email or message, including with us: we never need it.
A password manager remembers them for you
A password manager stores your passwords safely, fills them in for you, and can create strong ones. You only need to remember one.
Thinking about one for your team? Ask us: we can recommend one and set it up so you can share company logins safely.
