Your new laptop has arrived

If Zopi set up your new laptop, it’s ready for your work account.

1. Turn it on and connect to your WiFi.
2. Sign in with your work email address and password, and approve the sign-in on your phone.
3. Give it a little while: your apps and settings arrive, and OneDrive brings your files back.
4. Sign in to Outlook and Teams if they ask.

Anything missing?

Software you use that isn’t there, or files you kept only on the old computer? Let us know before you hand the old one back.

The old laptop

Don’t throw it away or pass it on. Give it back to us: we wipe it securely and recycle it properly, so your data doesn’t go with it.
