- In Outlook, go to your Calendar.
- Choose Share (or Share Calendar), then pick your calendar.
- Type your colleague’s name and choose how much they can see:
- Can view when I’m busy: just the times you’re busy.
- Can view titles and locations: what your meetings are and where.
- Can view all details: everything.
- Can edit: they can add and change appointments.
- Delegate: they can also accept meeting invitations for you.
- Choose Share. They get an email to add your calendar.
Seeing someone else’s calendar
When you schedule a meeting, Outlook’s Scheduling Assistant already shows when colleagues are free, without them sharing anything.
To stop sharing, open the same Share window and remove the person.
