Do not disturb stops all your phones ringing until you turn it off.
- In the client portal, go to My phone and choose the Settings tab.
- On the Forwarding card, press Change forwarding.
- Switch on Do not disturb.
- Press Save.
Calls then go where your forwarding sends them when you don’t answer, usually your voicemail. To start ringing again, switch Do not disturb off and press Save.
Just want to show you’re busy?
On My phone → Today, My status lets colleagues see you’re in a meeting or out. That doesn’t stop your phone ringing; do not disturb does.
