Each new voicemail can be emailed to you as soon as it’s left, so you don’t need to dial in to hear it.
- In the client portal, go to Voicemail and choose the Settings tab.
- Under Email me when a voicemail arrives, choose how you’d like it:
- Yes — just tell me: an email to say there’s a new message.
- Yes, with the recording attached: the message itself, to play from your inbox.
- Or attach the recording and then move the voicemail to Saved or Deleted, so your mailbox stays tidy.
- Check the address under Send to.
- Press Save settings.
Read them instead of listening
Turn on Transcribe messages and the email (and the portal) shows the words of each message as well.
