You choose where your calls go, in the client portal.
- Go to My phone and choose the Settings tab.
- On the Forwarding card, press Change forwarding.
- Choose when to forward:
- Forward all calls: your phones won’t ring and every call goes to where you choose.
- Or, under Otherwise: When I’m on another call, When I don’t answer (choose how many seconds it rings first) and When my phones are offline (for example in a power cut).
- For each one, choose Send to: My voicemail, Another extension or A phone number.
- Press Save.
Ring your mobile at the same time
Under Also ring at the same time, press + Add a number or extension to have up to three other phones ring alongside yours. Tick Press 1 to accept so a call doesn’t get answered by a mobile’s own voicemail.
Good to know
- A setting marked Fixed was set up by Zopi: ask us if you’d like it changed.
- To turn forwarding off again, open Change forwarding, switch it off and press Save.
