Block one number
The quickest way is from the call itself. In the client portal, find the call in Calls (or the message in Voicemail) and press Block this number. Then choose:
- Just for me: only calls to you are turned away, or
- For the whole company: calls from that number are turned away before any phone rings (you need Manage numbers access).
Then press Block.
You can also type a number in: My phone → Settings → My blocked numbers for yourself, or Numbers → Blocked numbers — whole company for everyone. Type it in Number to block and press Block.
Block withheld numbers
On My phone → Settings, under Caller ID, switch on Block callers who withhold their number. Calls from withheld or private numbers then won’t get through to you.
Changed your mind?
Press Unblock next to the number in the same list.
