You keep your numbers when you move to Zopi. Moving them is called porting, and you can ask for it in the portal. It needs Manage numbers access.
- In the client portal, go to Numbers and press Bring a number from another provider….
- Add each number you’re bringing over.
- Tell us who they’re with now: the provider, your account number and the address registered with them. A recent bill has all of this.
- Choose where they should ring, and whether to move them as soon as possible or not before a date.
- Sign the Letter of Authority with your name and position.
- Check it and press Sign and send.
Progress shows on the Numbers coming to Zopi card. A number usually takes a couple of weeks to move, and we plan the switch so calls aren’t lost.
Good to know
- Don’t cancel your old service until your numbers have moved, or they could be lost.
