- In the client portal, go to My phone and choose the Settings tab.
- On the My numbers and caller ID card, next to Your calls show as, press Change.
- Choose the number you want people to see.
- Press Save.
Your next call shows the new number.
Number you want isn’t there?
You can only use numbers given to you. Ask whoever manages your company’s numbers, or a manager can give you more in People: choose the person, then Numbers & phones.
Managers can change someone else’s caller ID in the same place, with Change under Caller ID.
