- In the client portal, go to Conferences (under Phone set-up). You’ll see each room’s extension and PIN.
- From any phone on your system, dial the room’s extension, or press Join from my phone.
- Enter the Participant PIN when asked.
The person running the call uses the Leader PIN. Some rooms only start when the leader joins.
