Make and take calls on your computer (Zopi Phone)

Zopi Phone puts your extension on your computer, so you can make and take calls with a headset wherever you work.

1. Download it from the Zopi Phone page. It runs on Windows 10 and 11.
2. Install it and open it.
3. Sign in with your Zopi portal email and password, and choose your extension.

That’s it: it rings alongside your other phones, and it updates itself.

Can’t sign in, or don’t see your extension?

Some accounts are connected by Zopi instead. In the portal, go to My phone → My phones: if there’s no Zopi Phone on your computer card, raise a request and we’ll connect it to your extension for you.

Good to know

• A Mac version is on the way.
• The app shows as offline while your laptop is closed or asleep. That’s normal.
• Use a headset for the best sound, and to stop echo.
